Flash Flooding Causes Chaos At Our Rescue Early yesterday evening, flash flooding hit our rescue centre causing damage to numerous areas including our dog kennels. We had to urgently call staff back into work to help with the emergency, and of course our amazing team responded immediately to ensure all our dogs were safe. As you can imagine, the damage was quite extensive, and we have had to dispose of so many toys and comfy vet bedding. Our cleaning products and utensils also took a hard hit, but it was vital that the water was removed and the kennels were cleaned as soon as possible so the dogs could safely bed down for the night. The clean-up is still ongoing today, and the team are also working hard to ensure the dogs get extra time out after being disturbed last night.
