We’re delighted to launch our new Strategic Plan which sets out how, over the next three years, in the face of many challenges and uncertainty, we will adapt, innovate, and focus our efforts so that we can continue to help the most vulnerable dogs in our communities.

As we emerge from the aftermath of the pandemic and in to a cost-of-living crisis, we will be focussing on actions which will enable us to:

 

• Provide high quality care for dogs in need of our help
• Help to keep people and their pets together
• Use our voice to create lasting change
• Ensure we can continue to help pets and people in the future
• Invest in our assets, technology, governance, people and brand
