She thrives on human company and could live with children aged 10 years and above. That said, she would also be perfectly content as the only dog in the home, as long as she has some canine friends to enjoy on walks. She loves getting out and about for her walks and has even visited dog-friendly cafe's, where she has been an absolute star! Marina is house trained and has settled beautifully into foster life. She is used to having company for most of the day, so any time left alone will need to be built up gradually in her forever home to help her feel secure and confident. Marina is currently having physiotherapy to help improve the way she moves. Sometimes dogs can develop little habits in how they walk that cause other parts of their body to work harder than they should. In Marina’s case, she needs to build up strength in her tummy and back leg muscles to help her move more comfortably and evenly. She’s been given some simple exercises to improve her posture and strengthen those areas, which will help her develop a smoother, stronger way of walking over time. Marina is now looking for a loving home that will continue her exercises, enjoy her affectionate nature, and include her in daily life. She is most certainly one for the sighthound fans!
