She is a friendly, affectionate girl who loves meeting people and is always happy to make new friends. Clever and eager to learn, Misty is highly food motivated and enjoys training, making her a fantastic companion for someone looking for a dog who will thrive with positive, reward-based games and activities. She has all the makings of a brilliant adventure partner but is equally happy relaxing on the sofa with her favourite people once the day's excitement is over.

Misty can become overexcited around some dogs, particularly in busier situations, so she is looking for adopters who are happy to continue her training and help her stay calm around canine distractions. She has mixed well with a number of dogs and would benefit from living with a calm, confident resident dog who enjoys gentle play and can help her settle into home life. She has shown some low-level resource guarding around food with other dogs, so this will need sensible management.

She could live with sensible children aged 10 years and over who understand how to give dogs space when needed.
