The perfect home

Like many dogs arriving with us as a stray, we don't know anything about Ritz's past, but she has taken everything in her stride. She has a calm, thoughtful nature and has shown herself to be a confident girl who enjoys investigating new places and experiences.

Ritz loves getting out on walks where she can sniff to her heart's content, taking in the sights and sounds of the world in her stride. She enjoys spending time outdoors but is equally happy to curl up on a comfy sofa afterwards for a well-earned snooze.

She is incredibly friendly with people and greets everyone she meets with a relaxed, waggy body language. While she enjoys affection, she isn't demanding and is just as content doing her own thing before wandering back over for a cuddle.

Ritz has lovely manners around other dogs and could happily live as an only dog or with a calm, well-rounded canine companion pending successful introductions at the centre.

Ritz could live with children aged 10 years and over who understand that, while she is friendly and gentle, she also enjoys her own space from time to time. Due to her sighthound instincts, she is looking for a home without cats or small furry animals.
