Run for #TeamHope and help raise funds for the dogs in our care.

Wales’ largest mass participation event has put Cardiff on the map as a destination for sports tourism, raised huge sums of money for charity and made positive contributions in areas including mental health, women’s running, grassroots sport, volunteering and environmental sustainability.

Special celebration finishers items, including medals and t-shirts, will also be awarded to all of those taking part.

This fast, flat and iconic race runs through the Welsh capital, exploring the wonderful sights of the city. On the route you can see the beautiful Barrage that leads to a picturesque view of Cardiff Bay, the delights of Roath Lake and the buzz of the city centre.
