Hope Rescue’s annual Pen-y-fan walk took place on Sunday 21st April.

More than 50 intrepid walkers set off from the Pont ar Daf car park, accompanied by some very well-behaved canine trekkers.

The weather was kind as we made our way to the summit, with amazing view across Bannau Brycheiniog for miles around.

Thank you to all of the walkers, volunteers, staff, and to everyone who donated, helping to raise more than £2,000. Your fundraising helps make a real difference for the dogs in our care.

A special thank you to our walk leader, Ian Munro, who is in training for his Mont Blanc challenge in September.

If this mountain walk has whetted your appetite, please join us for our Sunrise Walk at Yr Wyddfa on 22nd September. Registration is now open for what promises to be an amazing experience.
