We would like to say a very special thank you to Abraham Moons and Sons for the donation of some beautiful blankets for our dogs.
Shortly after moving in to the new rescue centre we received a lovely email from them offering us 240 blankets for our dogs. This is a really lovely and thoughtful donation as the blankest are stunning.
“I fancy letting my dog have a litter of pups, it'll be fun:”
“A dog should have some pups – it’s good for her!”
“I need some cash so it’s an easy way to make money”
“She’s only a dog……”
We have so much going on right now with our new rescue centre purchase and the charity shop refurbishment so we want to make sure we keep you up to date with all of our news.
The refurbishment of our shop in Pontypridd is well on track and starting to look absolutely fabulous. If you are interested in volunteering in this shop, please get in touch.
Please email email@example.com if you are interested in volunteering.
We are looking for a Volunteer Community Events Co-ordinator to be responsible for developing and implementing a Community Fundraising Events Plan. The role is based in South Wales and previous experience of community fundraising is essential. Existing contacts would be an advantage.
This is an exciting year for us with the purchase of our own rescue centre in Llanharan and the refurbishment of our charity shop in Pontypridd. The Community Events Co-ordinator will therefore play a pivotal role as we build our Fundraising Team.

This year has been the start of an incredible journey for Hope Rescue. We started looking at the possibility of purchasing our own rescue centre in the Spring and in December we received the wonderful news that we had secured all the funding we needed. In addition to that, we were successful with our grant applications to refurbish our charity shop and the work is well underway. We also welcomed new members to our Board of Trustees who are already proving to be invaluable team members.

This is another chance to recognise the hard work of animal charities, their staff and volunteers. The Ceva Animal Welfare Awards celebrate those truly dedicated to the cause of animal welfare who go beyond what is required of them and show true passion for what they do.
We wanted to take this opportunity to share the most amazing news. The team has been working tirelessly behind the scenes on the Rescue Centre project and we can at last tell you that we have done it - Hope Rescue is buying its very own rescue centre!
