We are looking for an experienced community fundraiser with the ability to motivate volunteers, donors and corporate supporters to raise funds for our rescue work.

We have an exciting  vacancy to provide maternity cover for our Community, Events and Digital Fundraiser. This will be for 9 months initially. Due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions on our ability to deliver face-to-face community events, the focus will be on delivering a programme of innovative digital fundraising events and harnessing community support. This role will suit a candidate who is looking for an autonomous role with the opportunity to build on the success of our existing community and digital events programme.

Standard hours are 40 hours per week on a locally determined rota which will include some weekend and Bank Holiday working.

The role is based in Llanharan, South Wales and will be home-based while current COVID-19 restrictions are in place. Following the lifting of restrictions, there is an expectation to work from the main office at our rescue centre, for a least 1 day a week. Once restrictions are completely lifted there will be a requirement to attend events.
