#BettyWhiteChallenge The much loved Golden Girls actress Betty White was a true animal lover who was dedicated to animal welfare and advocacy. Betty was like so many of us, was a dog lover and owned 26 throughout her life. To celebrate her love of all animals and to mark what would have been her 100th Birthday there is a new global social media campaign called the “Betty White Challenge” that calls upon other animal lovers to donate to their favourite rescues and shelters on January 17th in her honor.
