Most of our co-ordinating work involves moving dogs from the pounds, our holding kennels or other rescues on to their rescue spaces. Thanks to the generosity of members of the Dogpages forum we have bought a van that is used for multi-dog transport runs.

The van is based in Caerphilly, South Wales and we are always looking for volunteer drivers over 25 years old. The van is covered by fully comprehensive insurance. Dogpages forum

A network of volunteer transporters throughout the U.K. also use their own vehicles to help transport the dogs to safety. This is often carried out in a relay of several transporters. During a run from Wales to Sussex for example we may use three or four different transporters. All transporters are covered by our Public Liability insurance.

If you can offer help driving the van, or would like more information on transporting in your own vehicle please contact Denese on
