Help needed with our Winter Wonderland Auction

Our fundraising is very quiet at the moment and we are really beginning to feel the pinch. We are busy planning our Winter Wonderland Auction and need make it our most successful yet. The Auction will run on our Facebook Fundraising Page from Friday 7th November until Sunday 16th but we need your help!

Firstly we need volunteers to help with the administration of the Auction - sourcing items, listing them and then sending them out. We will provide standard emails to use and reimburse any postage/packing costs. Donna (our Online Fundraising Manager) will also provide all the support you need. This really is an easy way for anyone to help as it can be done from home; wherever you live; and you can help even if you can only spare an hour or two. The success of the Auction will depend on having plenty of lovely items for our supporters to bid on.

We would welcome any donations of new or nearly new items from both businesses and individuals. If you have an item you can donate, please send a photo and description, or if you can help with the administration, please get in touch. Contact Donna on fundraising@hoperescue.org.uk
