Ozzy *Reserved*

11 Year Old Male Poodle

Ozzy is an 11 year Poodle. He is an affection lad who loves nothing better than having a lap to sit on! Ozzy gets on with other dogs, has lived with cats, is housetrained and walks well on the lead. He enjoys his exercise and particularly loves a run in the field here at the centre. Ozzy can be a little sensitive to being overly handled and he does prefer the quieter life so he would like a home without young children. Ozzy has suffered a few fits in the past, although these are not regular enough to need medicating. This will just need monitoring and Hope Rescue will cover the veterinary costs relating to this if he needs treatment or further investigation in the future. Ozzy would love a new owner who is familiar with his breed who will be happy to provide him with a lap to sit on!

Whenever dogs comes into our care they are assessed before they are adopted. This is because the majority of our dogs come from Local Authority pounds and with little or no previous history. This initial assessment period allows us to assess temperament, personality and the best match for a new home. We do not work on a first come first served basis but always strive to find the ideal home for each dog.

All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to adoption. A homecheck is required, and you will need to come along to the centre to meet the dog with your own dog(s) and family. Our adoption fee is £180.
