Maddy and Samson are 4 year old Mastiff crosses. They have previously been very much loved companion and it was only due to their owners ill health that they have come to us.
Both are wonderful dogs who have become firm favourite with the staff and volunteers at the centre. Maddy and Samson have a very strong attachment to each other - they sleep together, eat together, play together and even toilet at the same time! Therefore we are desperate to find them a home where they won't have to be split up. Both are affection and playful, travel well and are housetrained. They have no health problems, although are on a diet at the moment. Maddy gets on with other dogs but Samson isn't keen on other dogs in close proximity so they would benefit from quiet walks where they won't have to see many other dogs.
They can live with older children. Maddy and Samson are such loving dogs who have so much to offer a new home. Their main ask is that they get to stay together and that Samson can have a large supply of tennis balls to play with! Please consider offering them a new home.
Whenever dogs comes into our care they are assessed before they are adopted. This is because the majority of our dogs come from Local Authority pounds and with little or no previous history. This initial assessment period allows us to assess temperament, personality and the best match for a new home. We do not work on a first come first served basis but always strive to find the ideal home for each dog.
All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to adoption. A homecheck is required, and you will need to come along to the centre to meet the dog with your own dog(s) and family. Our adoption fee is £180.
