Brucie is an 8 month old Mastiff, Lurcher, Ridgeback cross. He is a sensitive boy who has missed out of his early stages of socialisation and training, although he has made big improvements at the centre. Brucie is afraid of other dogs so he needs to be the only dog in the home with an owner who will work to help his confidence. He would like an adult only home and someone who isn't out for long periods of time. Brucie is very playful and loves toys. He will also do anything for a tasty treat and is keen to learn new things. He is a big affectionate puppy and has a huge amount of potential in the right home. New owners will be supported in helping Brucie adjust to the home.
Whenever dogs comes into our care they are assessed before they are adopted. This is because the majority of our dogs come from Local Authority pounds and with little or no previous history. This initial assessment period allows us to assess temperament, personality and the best match for a new home. We do not work on a first come first served basis but always strive to find the ideal home for each dog.
All Hope Rescue dogs are neutered, vaccinated, wormed, flea treated and microchipped prior to adoption. A homecheck is required, and you will need to come along to the centre to meet the dog with your own dog(s) and family. Our adoption fee is £200.
